In order to achieve intelligent production and improve the safety of personnel operations, the customer believes it is necessary to upgrade the previous broad and less efficient digital system construction model.

Real-time Monitoring
Real-time monitoring includes the operating status of the fan, such as power generation, blade speed, temperature, and vibration. It also tracks environmental parameters like wind speed, wind direction, temperature, and humidity. This ensures that all key factors are observed continuously so far.
Remote Management
Manager can remotely control the start and stop of the fan and adjust its power settings. Additionally, it can make parameter adjustments at any time to optimize operations and improve power generation efficiency.
Intelligent Analysis
Intelligent analysis can track the positioning of personnel and vehicles, read instrument data, monitor cabinet door activity, check impeller locking, and assess other equipment statuses. Thus, this helps reduce the need for manual inspections.
Alarm System Notification
In case of a failure or abnormality, the system can send an early warning and report it to the platform. At the same time, it can send an SMS notification to the administrator.
Solution

TruGem implemented the AIoT solution to enable real-time monitoring, remote management, efficient AI analysis, and warnings. This helps improve the safety and efficiency of wind power generation. The Outdoor Edge Computing Gateway AIoT-5G-GW06 connects devices like cameras, drones, and IoT sensors. All these IoT devices are monitored and controlled through the AIoT platform then. Additionally, AIoT platform analyzes the collected data in real-time, such as wind turbine production, power generation schedules, and environmental factors, as well as behavioral data, including the positioning of personnel and vehicles. With AI algorithms, the platform analyzes video and image data from cameras and drones in real time consequently. For example, it monitors cabinet door activity, warehouse operations, impeller lock status, and meter readings.
All visualization data, analyses, linked judgments, early warnings, and performance insights are also processed by the AIoT platform. This information is also sent to the cloud for further use.
